the blow of which I caught on my right arm. He then said "God d__n you I'll beat your d__n brains out, if you don't let go of that chair." He then drew a six shooter. Cocked it and aimed at me, advanced saying, God d__n you, if you move I'll kill, I'll blow a hole through you." I was afraid to move for fear he would kill me. He then came up to me with the pistol cocked and pointed at me, and struck me a violent blow over the head with it, then jammed it at me with all his force, and struck it in my right forehead making an awful incision Capt Collins, when I applied to him, would do nothing for me" Thus Lieutenant is the statement given by "Sanders" (fmo) and a Statement which if the facts of the case are Substantially true ought to force the arrest, & fine< or imprisonment of "Randall." The idea of "Randall" in the first instance was to order "Sands" from his place, and thus seek to deprive him of his share of the crop, (which he says "is fine") and for which he has been laboring. I am requested to ask that should "Sanders" be permitted to leave "Randall" that he be forced to pay him for his services during his working under contract, and not be obliged to wait until the crop has been sold.
