State of Virginia Richmond, Va. General, I am directed by the Maj. Genl. Commr to enclose herewith Treasury Certificate No. 292,836, for sixty six dollars and 67/100 ($66.67/100) the amount of the claim against the U.S. of John T. Delaney, formerly Prv. Co. "K" 43 Rgt U.S.C. Troops. Claim forwarded by Lieut. H.S. Merritt, Supt Bu &C at Richmond, Va. Please acknowledge the receipt of certificate at your earliest convenience. I am General Very Respectfully, &C, Wm Fowler A.A. Genl. LS 608
