July 20,1955 East Side Telephone Answering Service, Inc. 225 East 54th Street New York 22, N.Y. Attention: Mr. Rapkin Dear Mr. Rapkins: We thank you for your letter of July 19, 1955 and are herewith confirming your providing us with telephone service for the period August 1, 1955 to September 6, 1955. Charges will be $ 9,----(Nine 00/100 Dollars) per month. May we remind you to advice your personnel to make a careful note of the name of the caller, his telephone number and the request made by the caller. The answer should be that the galleries are closed as usual during the month of August and will reopen September 6, 1955. Should the caller insist that the purpose of the call is urgent, than kindly inform him, that he should communicate with Mr. Melvin C. Robbins or Mr. David S. Galton Tel. No. MU-3-7141.
