Respty returned with the information that this case was called up for trial by Freedmens Court of Cumberland Co Va.  the plaintiff desiring the dismissal of the case and having no claim to the party in dispute. it was dismissed accordingly. 
The Court would recommend that the enclosed bond be pronounced null & void on the ground of informality and that the boy be allowed to remain with Archer Bolling his present guardian whom they believe to be his father.
