General.- I have the honor to report that as far as can be ascertained there are no unemployed Freedmen in this Sub Dist, at this date, for whom employment cannot be found I am General Very Respectfully Your obt Servant J.H. Remington Bvt. Maj. and Sub Asst Com 1st Sub Dist of Va.
