Respectfully returned There will be no necessity for employing this clerk. Mr. H. C. Percy is on his way back to Norfolk to resume the charge of the Freedmens Bank. Va and nothing can be done before she appears before a magistrate and takes out a warrant and makes affidavit against Thos. Ware (Sgd.) Charles Wolff Capt V.R.C. & A.S.A.C. Bu. R.F. & A.L. Hd. Qrs.
