John Andrew Jackson is now living with a Mr. Preston Harlow near his former house. He and family are all living and well and are doing very well. Lucy Ann Baker lives in Richmond just where is not known, but she can be readily found. She is also well and doing well. David Griffen was sold away some years ago, and where he now is, is not known. The children have been very anxious to hear from their mother, not knowing whether she was dead or alive, she will receive a letter from one of them soon, giving more full particulars. (Sgd.)
