Bvt: Maj: Chf. Q.M. & D.O. Bu. R.F. & A.L. Office Supt. Education Richmond, Va. Sept 7th 67 Respectfully forwarded to Gen'l O Brown, Asst. Comr. with the recommendation that the rooms designated by Col. O'Dwyer at Bowling Green, Va. be rented in accordance with his request for a school of over 100 pupils.
