Lacy, agt, with the information that Julia Ware has been to my office today and states that she has not received any instructions from the Sheriff of Caswell Co. N. Ca. to prosecute Thos. Ware for wounding her. I would also state that the said Julia Ware has been instructed by me to proceed to Caswell Co. N. Ca. and to report to the Sheriff of said County to prosecute Thos. Ware.
