As to the objecting, there is none named that has any validity except this measure. I have no objection to its being corrected. The following papers are required, before the property can be restored: viz: Copy of pardon, on Amnesty Oath, with affidavit that the applicant is not embraced in any of the Exceptions of the Pres'ts Proclamation of May 29th 65. Proof of title, and Certificate of the clerk of the N.S. Dist. Court, that the property has not been libelled
