This recommendation is in accordance with the latest proposition of the Friend Ass'n. revised in compliance with request from these Hd. Qrs. (Sgd.) R.M. Manley Supt. Education Bu. R.F. & A.L. Hd. Qrs. Asst. Comr: Va. Richmond, Va. Nov. 5th 67 Respectfully referred to Capt. George Q. White, Chf. Q.M. & D.O. with authority to pay the rent recommended by Rev. R.M.
