Comr - The Hospitals now in existence, have ample funds - I would therefore respectfully recommend that the Fund belonging to the Hospitals that have been discontinued, be expended for the benefit of the Colored Orphan Asylum, located in Richmond, under the supervision of the Society of Friends.
