Meridian Miss Sept 28. 1867 Matt, Steele Sir, Lucy Allen, complains that you are indebted to her $22.50 for board, she states that she is a poor widow. in destitute circumstances. You will report at this office Monday Sept 30, 1867 at 10. A.M. and make explanation, in the matter, Respectfully Andrew Thomas Agt B.R.F. & A.L. Bureau Refugees Freedmen & A.L. Office Sub Ass't. Com'r. Meridian Miss. Sept 28, 1867 Hatcher Mr Henry Sir, Jennie Carrie, (freedwoman) complains that you are indebted to her for services rendered during 1866. You will please come to this office on Saturday next at 10. A.M. and make explanation in the case. Respectfully Andrew Thomas Agt B.R.F. & A.L. 56 Bureau Refugees Freedmen & A.L.
