J. 116- U.S.C.T. that he has not yet received his bounty which was allowed him by certificate No. 632,742 for $176.74 His P.O. address is Cynthiana, Harrison Co. Ky. He writes me he wants his money- Respectfully D.B. Hadley P.S. I wrote him to look for his pay through the P.M.
