Enlisted - When Feby. 1864 Where Chattanooga, Tenn By whom Capt. Curtis Period 3 years. Mustered - When Feby. 1864 Where Chattanooga, Tenn. By whom Capt. Curtis Description - Where born Warren Co Ky. Age 35 years. Occupation Farmer Eyes Bl Hair Bl Complexion Bl Height 5 feet 7½ inches. Discharged, [[strikethrough]] or died [[/strikethrough]] at Nashville, Tenn on the day of March, 1866 Commanding Officer Capt. Curtis First Sergeant Thomas Forsun Enlisted about the same time and place. REMARKS. Slave of Mrs Francis Allcock Simpson Co. Ky. when enlisted Dennis and Thomas Anderson and John Kensers were P. Muscn. Sergt. Payne Harris. Mustered out with Co. Pvt. Parker Robinson. Discharged sick. winter of 64 & /65/ Pvt. Peter Moore. Killed in Skirmish at Decatur, Ala. in the fall of 1864. Witnesses on appl. Jim Kimble and Jim Kirbey.
