Enlisted - When May 1864 Where Paducah By whom Period 7 years Mustered - When Where By whom Description - Where born Benj. was born Culpeper Co. Va. about 34 when enlisted Charlotte was born Culpeper Co. Va. Age 54 years. Occupation Laborer Eyes Bl Hair Bl. Complexion Black Height 5 feet 4 1/2 inches [[strikethrough]] Discharged [[/strikethrough]] or died at City Point, Va on the day of Spring of 1865 Commanding officer First Sergeant Enlisted about the same time and place Remarks. Benjamin was a slave of Henry H. Wallace Crittendon Co Ky when he enlisted. Charlotte belonged to some same man at that time. John Todd enlisted same time and place as Ben enlisted.
