Dear Sir
Will you do me the kindness to send me some paymaster's vouchers. I am constantly called upon by bounty men who desire to have their vouchers filled up here, before coming to you for their money. Mr Youking their attorney in many of these cases which you pay seems displeased, and in many cases is too slow to suit the applicants who become restive and apply to us for vouchers. If you will be kind enough to furnish the blanks also a list of names of those for whom bounty is waiting. I will look them up and send them to you.
