(Copy) State of Arkansas County of Clark I, Jas. J. Harlee being duly sworn do depose and say that Daniel Harlee, Henry Harlee, Beachman Harlee, Briston Harlee, Penny Harlee, Sarah Harlee, did on the 2nd day of September 1865, steal a hog on my premises , worth five dollars, and I pray a warrant that they may be arrested. J.J. Harlee Sworn to & subscribed before me on 4th September 1865 P.M. Carmichael J. P. State of Arkansas County of Clark To the constable of Caddo Township - Greetings- Whereas complaint has been made in writing and under oath by Jas. J. Harlee before the undersigned one of the Justices of the Peace in and for said county. That Daniel Harlee, Henry Harlee, Beechman Harlee, Briston Harlee, Penny Harlee, Sarah Harlee on the 2nd day of September 1865 in the County of Clark with [[strikethrough]]the[[/strikethrough]] force and arms, one hog of the value of five dollars of the goods & chattels one Jas. J. Harlee the & there being found, feloniously, did steal, take & carry away contrary to the form [[strikethrough]]and[[strikethrough]] of Statute in such case made & provided & against the Peace & Dignity of the state of Arkansas. And, whereas, it appearing that such offence hath been committed you are therefore hereby
