Sprague" asst Commissioner of Refugees Freedmen & Abandoned Lands for Missouri and Arkansas Your Petitioner Green D Atkins would most respectfully represent and state that he is a Citizen of the County and State aforesaid and the legal owner in fee simple of certain tracts or parcels of land lying and situate in said County and State known and described on the plats of the public surveys as follows to wit North 1/2 of Section 14 315 acres North 1/2 of South W 1/4 Section 14 80 acres North West 1/4 of South East 1/4 Sec 14 40 acres North 1/2 of Section 15 320 acres East part of South East 1/4 of Section 15 47 acres East part of North East 1/4 of Section 16 15 acres North West 1/4 of North West 1/4 of Sec 13 40 acres Amounting in all to Eight Hundred and fifty-seven acres (857) all of which have been reported and are now on the list
