Therefore: It is ordered by the court that the Clerk of this court forthwith forward a copy of this order to General Sprague, Superintendent of Freedman's Bureau for the state of Arkansas, requesting him in behalf of this Court to order rations and clothing to be furnished to the Superintendent of Freedman's affairs in this county, to be by him distributed, under such regulations as may be prescribed from Headquarters, and that he be requested to furnish the same with as little delay as possible, in order that the present pressing wants and necessities of this class of people may be received.
