Dear Mr. Seligman,

In my previous letter I didn't mentioned that we will allow you a fifth of our commission on anything sold through your introduction because you asked me to write a letter which was intended for your client.

Thank you for your second letter of the 8th re Mrs. Gruber and I am writing to her today in Paris offering her my firm's assistance and I will let you know how this matter proceeds. Thank you again for so kindly introducing us to Mrs. Gruber. It is very good of you.

I was sad to read of the passing of Charles Henschel. He was an intimate friend of mine for half a century.

Kindest greetings,

Yours sincerely,
