Subscription Agreement

FOUR PER CENT DEBENTURES 
DUE JANUARY 1, 1941 

THE undersigned hereby subscribes to ........... dollars ($..........) principal amount of Four Per Cent. Debentures of New York World's Fair 1939 Incorporated, a New York membership corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Corporation"), and agrees to pay therefor at par (and if this subscription is made after January 1, 1937, plus accrued interest at the rate of four per cent. per annum from January 1, 1937, to the date of acceptance of this subscription as noted hereon) either (a) as a whole on or before January 1, 1937, or (b) in partial amounts as follows: 

Ten per cent. on January 1, 1937 
Twenty per cent. on May 1, 1937 
Twenty per cent, on October 1, 1937 
Twenty per cent. on April 1, 1938 
Twenty per cent. on July 1, 1938 
Ten per cent. on October 1, 1938
