Gentlemen:

The Central Bureau for Registered Addresses, organized in 1919, was established by the Communication Companies, whose names appear above, for the benefit and protection of the public interested in international communication.

The Central Bureau for Registered Addresses has as its purpose the registering of available and suitable code or abbreviated addresses, for which the annual charge is $2.50. This Bureau employs no solicitors or canvassers, and is not associated in any way with publishers or sellers of Code Address Directories.

No other organization or agency is authorized by these Communication Companies to accept or charge for registered addresses on their behalf.

Yours very truly,

CENTRAL BUREAU FOR REGISTERED ADDRESSES
