Gentlemen:

We find that notwithstanding our letter of October 1st, 1925, copy of which is enclosed, this Bureau is being confused with a concern known as Telegraphic Cable & Radio Registrations, Inc. The latter has no connection whatever with the Central Bureau for Registered Addresses established by the communications companies.

The purpose of this letter is to guard you against an assumption that an address recorded with Telegraphic Cable & Radio Registrations, Inc. is the same as registering an address with the Central Bureau for Registered Addresses. Only addresses registered through the Central Bureau for Registered Addresses will be used for the delivery of cable and radio messages. The service offered by Telegraphic Cable & Radio Registrations, Inc. we understand represents merely a listing in the so-called "International Register" - a publication the value of which you will wish to determine for yourself.

Yours very truly,
