did not have such distinct clusters of fruit and the shape was flatter. 
The fruit of the "Self-Pruning" Tomato was very solid and an even rose-pink, in color. They did not seem to get watery late in the season as the others did. 
I think that the "Self-Pruning" tomato is a great improvement over the older varieties which are now in general use.
