Dear sir:-
Please find enclosed the picture of Burpee's New Self-pruning tomato plants.

These plants were not set out until after the frost we had on June 26. In spite of frost, dry weather, and cold summer they have made a wonderful growth as you can see by the picture. The tomatoes are perfect in shape, smooth and have a pinkish red color and excellent flavor, weighing one pound and ripening as early as the Early Anna. Our neighbors admire and ask about them and want us to have some plants for them next spring. We truly think they are wonderful and expect to raise them for ourself and friends next year. The Superintendent of the Luther Agricultural School says our tomatoes are the best he has seen.

Very truly yours,
^[Mrs George Haigh]
