I am sending report of Self Pruning tomatoes. After difficulties left me only 32 plants out of a 25[[?]] packet of seed. I set them in open ground April 15th and latter part of July began using tomatoes. I cant say what Self Pruning deserves. It is a desirable size for canning & table use. fleshy sweet and of fine flavor. And a ready seller on the market. from 32 plants I sold to the sum ($11.00) eleven dollars canned sixty seven quarts.gave my neighbors quite a lot and had all that a family of 7 seven could use. [[underline]] The greatest feature is that they bear continually till frost kills them. [[/underline]] I planted Brimmer, Pondarosa Matchless and Nortons Wilt Resistant tomatoes. and Self Pruning. (Which Should be Everbearing) was the only to withstand the drougth.
