Report on Burpee's New self-pruning Tomato.

I planted seed in house March eighteenth and transplanted them April twenty second.

The growth was very slow, as weather was cold and very little sunshine. They were small when planted in the garden May twentieth.

The weather continued cold and all tomatoes in this section turned yellow and looked as if they might die, but they finally won out, but made them ^[[late]] in fruiting.[[vertical printed stamp: Oct 30 1924]]
