"Fore Prize Contest:"

We had only a small patch of tomatoes and tried three varieties: the Burpee Matchless Tomato, True Giant Ponderosa and another kind. The Burpee Matchless was the best tomato of the three for its smoothness, so firm and solid, grew large, a pretty color and the bushes grew thrifty and strong and full of tomatoes.

They were a good seller because they were large, smooth, and solid. We made a little over a $100. off of our small
