Dear Sirs

I have been planting your seed since 1917 and always got good results this is how I came to order seeds from you in the year 1917 the late Mayor Mitchel was offering prizes in money for best gardens mother thought she would like to enter the contest now the thing was to get good seed store seed would never do so after looking through a number of seed catalouges I chose Burpees the seed sure are full of pep. mother sure had a fine garden but was taken sick in June and never lived to know that she had one a prize, a check of $5 dollars was what she won as a prize but she would have done better if she had not been taken sik no other seeds but Burpees for mine

Yours very Truly
