Mr. W.A. Burpee:-

Being a user of your seed for years, I have grown excellent crops of vegetables, and my garden is always the source of comment, of what fine crops I have and the question asked: "Where do you get your seed?

In this contest, my special mention is the wonderful crops of Southport yellow globe onions I grow from your seed, from which I grew 765 bu on 1 1/3 acres, this year I planted 3 lb of seed and I estimate my crop at 400 bu.

Size, shape & quality make my onions always in demand grown from seed "True to name."
