[[underline]]FOR PRIZE CONTEST[[/underline]]

Superior, Wisconsin,
August 18, 1925.

W. Atlee Burpee,
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Gentlemen:

Of all the vegetables we have grown from your seed none is ever quite so delicious as Burpee's Golden Bantam Corn. We live so far north that many varieties of corn do not ripen in our gardens; but Burpee's Golden Bantam is our standby. We love our fresh vegetables; our beets and carrots and our peas and beans, but for our corn we wait most impatiently.

This year, ninety-eight days after planting we had our first feast of the golden ears and at that meal on August 16,again we all agreed Burpee's Golden Bantam is indeed a delicious treat.

Very respectfully,
