W. Atlee Burpee Seed Co.,
Philadelphia, Pa.

Gentlemen:-

Our success in raising a lovely garden, we believe, is due to the excellent quality and germination of BURPEE'S Seeds, for it has been an unusually dry season. The precipitation was 4.73 below normal up to June, which caused sprinkling rights to be materially reduced and garden pests flourished abundently.

However, our Peas, Tomatoes, Cabbages, Onions, as well as Pansies and Asters, deserve special mention. They have been exceedingly nice. We have practically lived on our vegetables and expect to exhibit several bouquets of flowers during the Boulder County Fair.

"BUY BURPEE'S", is now our slogan!

Very truly yours,
