What Burpee's Seeds Have Done for Me.

When Burpee's Annual entered our isolated home like a breath of spring on a wintry day: the caption, What Burpee's seeds have done for me." fastened itself upon my attention. A busy mother with failing health, I knew that the yearly purchase of garden seeds meant nothing to me; and I realized my loss. And right then I resolved to let Burpee's seeds do something for me. I knew that if I could manage to care for a few flowers, the joy they would bring would well repay me.

How eagerly I perused the Annual! I selected beside my old time favorites one that I had never seen grow, and then I wanted something really difficult, so selected a packet of Begonia seed. I could hardly wait until the seeds came and I could get them growing. Even the long rainy
