What Burpee's Seeds Have Done For Me.

"And the Lord God planted a garden"; Burpee helped me to take the hint and do likewise.

Burpee cured my indigestion. Vile stuff from the doctor. Then I tried gardening. The poor results would make a saint angry. When I used Burpee seed, things grew, so did my interest. And-one dose of Burpee a day keeps the doctor away.

The good wife thinks I'm a great boy! No such fresh vegetables in all the world. And flowers all over the house-and in her chestnut hair. Thinks she is putting one over on me as to kitchen expenses; the garden saves her a lot of money. I'm satisfied.

Off the earth with anybody who does not appreciate the mystery and wonder of growing things!

A garden is a good place to loose ones worries. And to moralize on the [[strikethrough]]folly[[/strikethrough]] ^[[mistake]]of fooling with anything that is not the best - with seeds that are not of [[strikethrough]]B[[/strikethrough]] Burpee quality.

Forethought. In spring plan for vegetables in winter No better pl^[[a]]ce to let the mind stretch out into eternity than in the sunshine, air, fruits and flowers and under God'd [[sic]] blue sky. But without Burpee the joy is out of gardening.
