AGREEMENT dated this ^[[14th]] day of ^[[November]], 1936, by and between DECORATORS PICTURE GALLERY, INC., hereinafter referred to as "Gallery", party of the first part, and ^[[JACQUES SELIGMANN & Co.]] hereinafter referred to as "Dealer", party of the second
part,

WHEREAS, Gallery is operating or intends to operate at 554 Madison Avenue, New York City, New York, a gallery for exhibition by interior decorators and in connection therewith has entered into a contract with ^[[TATE AND HALL, INC. AND ISABELLA BARCLAY, INC.]] hereinafter called the "Exhibitor^[[s]]", under which the Exhibitor^[[s]] [[strikethrough]]is[[/strikethrough]] ^[[ARE]] to exhibit in a certain room in such gallery for the period from ^[[NOVEMBER 16th, 1936]] to ^[[JANUARY 16th 1937]], and desire to use a painting or picture owned or supplied by the Dealer in connection with that exhibition;

WITNESSETH :

In consideration of the mutual promises herein contained and the expected benefits to be derived under this agreement, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: 

1. The Dealer hereby agrees to furnish for display in connection with the aforesaid exhibition by the Exhibitor the picture or pictures [[strikethrough]]known[[/strikethrough]] as ^[[PER RIDER]]
or such other picture or pictures as may be agreed upon, and to allow the same to be displayed in connection with the exhibition by the Exhibitor during the period aforesaid. The Dealer will pay all expenses in connection with the delivery of and removal of such pictures.

2. In consideration of the privilege of exhibiting such picture, the Dealer agrees to pay to Gallery
