You have been transferred, without change in position, grade or salary, to the Department of the Interior, effective July 1, 1939, in accordance with the provisions of the Reorganisation Act of April 3, 1939 (Public No. 19, 76th Congress) and the President's Reorganization Plan No. II. If deductions in accordance with the provisions of the Retirement Act have heretofore been taken from your salary, such deductions will continue to be taken.
