"Tito's place" (near Santa Barbara?) Presumably California
Apparently Tito Encinales was someone John Harringon interviewed 1931-32 during ethnographic studies of northern and central California (see: https://goo.gl/2z27Eg). Tito and his wife lived "at the foot of Santa Lucia Peak" - presumably Junipero Serra Peak (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Junipero_Serra_Peak), in Monterey County. -@mnathan
