Att. Mr. Liechti.

Gentlemen:

We refer to four cases marked L L F 1223/1224 and 1164/65 which arrived on the S/S American Farmer on September 5,1950.

At the time of clearance we filed a bond to produce a consular invoice with anaffidavit from the shipper and unless this is received the customs will collect the duty as if the merchandise were not shipped out under registration.

We are again enclosing a copy of the regulations which you can send to France showing them just what is required by the customs so that the entry can be liquidated free of duty. If possible we would like them to return the copy of the regulations.

Very truly yours,

THE BEMO FLEISIG CORP.
