   If it is possible to go to Ounalaschka I will endeavor to arrange it but I think that it will be much later in the season than the time I could reach and be working [[strikethrough]] for my [/strikethrough]] at Petropaulski, and I doubt if any vessel will go there or near there at all.
   I have rec'd a pleasant letter from Henry Elliott who has been working well and will be willing to work with me if we get a chance this summer.
   The uncertainty of everything connected with this institution is very wearisome and harassing. I am glad Bob isn't here to have it to bear. I  makes me very blue sometimes, and it would make him perfectly wild. Why don't Stimpson write? I met a Mrs Drumn, wife of Halleck's Adjut.Gen who spoke of Miss Lucy as knowing her long ago when little.
