82 [[underlined]] Zonotrichia albicollis [[/underlined]] 4 eggs & nest. Nest at the root of a willow on the marshy river shore - the base of the nest very large & composed of moss. English River, July 9th.
I saw the female quite close to me and am certain of the species. As the nest of No 70 differed, in not having a large base of moss, and the eggs are different, it may be that No 70 is the nest of [[underlined]] Z. Leucophrys [[/underlined]]. I did not have as good a view of the parent of that nest, and might have been mistaken though it was certainly either [[underlined]] Z albicollis [[/underlined]], or Z leucophrys. Kennicott
