Sept 8.
Made a large catch and was kept busy all day attending to them set more traps.

Sept 9. Made a very large catch of mammals. Saw a Red Fox near Fort Creek but did not succeed in killing it.

Sept 10. A large catch of mammals. Got a white bellied Atophyrax on Fort Creek about a quarter of a mile above the road

Sept 11. Got another Neurotrichus near where the first was taken. It was near the bank of the river in a rather dry situation and the trap was set in a place scooped out with the hand at the base of a bunch of alders.

Sept 12. A large catch. Got another Neurotrichus in same place as the others.

Sept 13. Got a fair catch of mammals including another Neurotrichus Got caught up with my skinning in which I had fallen behind on acc't of extremely large catches.

Sept. 14. Intended to leave this morning but had trouble getting the horses so did not get away in time to make the Williamson River
