  Talked with Bill R. about
indicator for easier flying of
airway by D/F - Can be done
by some device as follows: -
[[image: drawing of three-dimensional box; circle on top of box with arrow pointing to front, labeled "C = ADF; circle on front of box with a dotted line down from indicator on top of box labeled "B"; a "T" tilted ti right in center of front circle labeled "A"]]
The airplane model at A is
leading sensitive though a Gyro Syn Comass or something of the sort.
The track indicator at "B" is
connected to the ADF in such
way it [[strikethrough]]can[[/strikethrough]] moves
from side to side as shown. - This track index would have to be adjustable
on the shaft of the ADF so that
any desired track could be flown.

Received letter from Collings (copyh of one the Bowles) insisting on my coming back to [[strikethrough]]?[[/strikethrough]] TWA.

  Tried to get clearance for
guests at RCA meeting per Dr S's
request. Maj Reilly went to
Navt abd Joint Com Board but
no good -
