       has been required to set up an instrument flight test board in accordance with AAF Regulation 50-3.

   2. A flight plan and flight log form for use by all stations was agreed upon at the conference. A description of the purpose, preparation, and handling of this form is contained in our Standard Procedure Number 55-01-01 dated 21 February 1944.
   3. One of the major items which was brought up at the conference was a Standardized System for promoting co-pilots to first pilots. At the conference a Point System for use in establishing a co-pilot's position on a station seignority list, was decided upon. This Point System gives each individual co-pilot a numerical rating based upon the following items.
       (a) Time and theater. 
       (b) Total flying time.
       (c) Time in C-47 type airplane.
       (d) Actual instrument time.
       (e) Night flying time.
       (f) Co-pilots general ability.
This system is explained in Standard Procedure Number 50-02-01 dated 25 February 1944.

A Standardized Reporting Form to be used by first pilots in reporting on the status of training and ability of each co-pilot was adopted (Standard Procedure Number 60-01-12).

A standard cock pit check list for C-47 type airplane was adopted and all aircraft assigned to the Western Sector have been or will be equiped with this check list.
