1. The following personal messages from General Arnold and Major General George are indicative of the interest which our activities have aroused:

SUBJECT: Award of Presidential Citation to the ICW-ATC.

TO : Commanding General, India China Wing, ATC, APO 885.

1. I have noted with great pleasure and considerable personal pride that the India China Wing, Air Transport Command, has been awarded a Presidential citation.

2. To you and every member of your command whose labors and devotion have been recognized I send my warmest congratulations. Such spirit and determination as yours will hasten our ultimate victory.
