[[/underline]] Discussion with Coulter Arthur, Joyce, etc discloses need for Wing directive on pilot Training wich will include standards, training program, selection principles, and reporting system - Talked to Bomar regarding pilot training. Arthur - and Roy Kland take attitude that nothing is being done because there are no charts. Arthur and Caulter surprised at high level of copilot time - (500 km) they say must take copilots with 205 kms soon but will send 1st pilots with 570 who are supposed to be ready ckd out.
