     Dear Sir:
          In reply to your favor of the 12th/ inst., I beg to say that we shall be glad to transport all the minerals forming your "Centennial Collection" from all points on our lines to + from  Philadelphia, at one cent per ton per mile in each direction: Settlements to be made by drawback voucher, as prepared in my letter of the 2d inst.
