Dear Sir,

The idea of a trophy in the center of the Building was mentioned last summer, and I was led to suppose that a design was being prepared by an artist, for significant and suitable centre piece; how far this has been done I am not informed.

If nothing has been commenced in that direction I think the suggestion made by Prof. Blake should receive consideration
