asks help from the President through an order to visit, as an Interpreter to the tribe, the Centennial Exposition, where he may readily dispose of his work and nostrums.
    
There may be some ethnological facts respecting the tribe in Bourassa's possession that might be of much historical value, which you may desire to possess. The visit and the "horse-powder", however, I may state are not now held as "open questions"
