Sir:
 I have the honor to inform you that a request has been received from the Spanish Commissioners, that examination of the several sections of the Spanish Exhibition be, if practicable, postponed until the Catalogue now in course of preparation, shall be completed. It is believed that a further term of eight or ten days will see this accomplished.

So far as the judges of Group V find it practicable to comply with this request, consistently with the general progress of their work I shall be gratified to have them do so.
